“Scott was endorsed today by an overwhelming number of Central Caucus members because they know he is the only conservative outsider in this race that can change the status quo in Harrisburg.”
“His sizable victory should signal to the entire Commonwealth that Scott is the prohibitive favorite to win the Republican nomination.”
“In the coming caucuses, Scott will continue to unify Republicans across Pennsylvania behind his candidacy to ensure that he has the best chance of defeating Governor Wolf and secure down ballot wins for the Party in November.” In addition to winning the Central Caucus, Wagner took the North Central and Northeast straw polls.
