U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright will speak at the Action Together Northeastern PA Health Care Rally in Scranton on Sunday, February 19, 2017. The rally focuses on protecting and maintaining the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Medicare, and Medicaid. Rep. Cartwright will be joined by local constituents who will speak about the benefits they have received under the ACA.“Today, under the Affordable Care Act, about 20 million Americans have gained access to health care through various coverage provisions, including subsidized coverage through the exchanges and the historic Medicaid expansion,” said Rep. Cartwright. “I am committed to preserving affordable health care for hard-working citizens, seniors, and children.”
